Ollie Wildling

1. Approval or Rejection of the Application 

Ollie Wildling reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.  Applicants will be selected based on their target audience, appropriateness of content and availability of open affiliate positions.

2. Commissions 

Successful applicants will receive 10% of their referral that leads to a successful completed sale.  Transactions that result in returns or refunds will not be paid out.  Commissions will be paid at the end of every month.  You cannot receive a commission on orders that you place yourself.  Limit to one commission per referral.

3. Termination

Your affiliate application and status within the program may be terminated based on the following reasons:

- inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading information or hyperlinks)

- spamming

- advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activities

- failure to disclose affiliate links.

- misuse of advertising materials

- self referrals, fraudulent transactions or suspected affiliate fraud.

4. Affiliate Links and Use of Materials 

You may use selected graphics on your websites, social media profiles or within your email messages.  You may also create your own advertising materials from products you have purchased from the Ollie Wildling store as long as these are deemed appropriate.

5. Liability

Ollie Wildling will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue or commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures.  We make no claim that the operation of the program and/or our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

6. Term of the Agreement 

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance of the program and will end when you choose to withdraw your account or if Ollie Wildling ceases trading.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified at any time.  If any modifications to the terms and conditions are unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Affiliate account.  By continuing to participate in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change to the Agreement.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from ollie-wildling.myshopify.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT 
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. DATA RETENTION 
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS 
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 .
